Julia Mohr
External Affairs Assistant
Julia Mohr is the External Affairs Assistant at the Caspian Policy Center. Prior to joining CPC, she worked as a Research Intern at the Hudson Institute’s Center for Political and Military Analysis, conducting open-source, Russian language research on Russian and Chinese influence in Central Asia. Julia graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a BA in International Studies and Russian Language and Area Studies and a minor in Philosophy. She completed a capstone academic year abroad in Almaty, Kazakhstan, studying Russian with American Councils and interning at the children’s science magazine Oyla.
