Justin Rich is a research intern with the Caspian Policy Center for the second summer in a row. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in International Politics and will be attending the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at University College London in the fall. His focus has primarily been on economic and military cooperation in the Caspian Region with a focus on the Caspian Sea and trade in Central Asia.
