Geoffrey Pyatt, in his first speech after being appointed as the Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Energy Resources at the Department of State, addressed the Third Annual Caspian Business Forum in New York on September 19th. He discussed European Energy Security and the importance of energy resources in the Caspian region.
