Rachel Shifman
Research Assistant
Rachel Shifman is a Research Assistant at the Caspian Policy Center. She completed his M.A. in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), focusing her studies on Energy Policy and Eurasian Studies. Rachel has previously worked as a program manager in a wide variety of industries, including public diplomacy, public health, and consulting. Prior to that, Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a concentration on Political Economy at Temple University.
