Nicole Wolkov is the Programs Manager at the Caspian Policy Center at the Caspian Policy Center. She is an M.A. candidate in European and Eurasian Studies with a specialization in international security policy at The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. Nicole graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus in security policy and Russian Language and Literature from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. Her research interests and current portfolio include Russia and China’s relationship with the Greater Caspian Region, great power competition in Central Asia, military cooperation, and the intersection of security, technology, and governance.
