Data shows Positive Economic Growth in the Caspian Region: Infographic

New data shows, compared to 2021, in 2022 the Caspian region has seen significant growth in the countries’ gross domestic products (GDP). Possible drivers for this progress could be the considerable influx of fleeing Russian citizens, favorable oil prices, and developing trade logistics. The progress towards the optimization of the Middle Corridor, along with enhanced regional connectivity, all are positive indicators of regional economic success. The Caspian Policy Center (CPC) will continue to monitor economic developments in the region and provide our insight and analysis.
