Toghrul Aliyev
Research Assistant
Toghrul Aliyev is a Research Intern at the Caspian Policy Center. He is an M.S. in Foreign Service (MSFS) candidate at Georgetown University, focusing his studies on Global Politics and Security. He completed his undergraduate degree in International Affairs with a concentration on Conflict Resolution at the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. Toghrul has previous work experience in both public and private sectors, specializing in writing analytical papers and policy proposals on geopolitical competition, emerging markets and energy politics of the Caspian Basin, Central Asia, and the Southern Caucasus.
