Samantha Fanger
Research Assistant
Samantha Fanger is a research assistant with the Caspian Policy Center. She is currently completing her B.A. at George Washington University’s Elliott School. She is majoring in International Affairs with a concentration on security policy. Fanger previously worked and studied in the Philippines where she interned as a journalist and primarily focused her research on comparative regional politics in Central and Southeast Asia.
